先週末に３度目の異議申立フォームを送信しましたが、週が明けてもナシのつぶて( ・`ω・´)
さすがにオマええ加減にせぇよ……て気分になってきまして、Twitter凍結関連の情報をググってみたりしたんですが、
『「脅迫行為を推奨…」Twitterアカウントが凍結されたけど取り戻した話』
↑こちらの記事など読むにつけどうやら日本側も米本社も、凍結の始まりから終わりまで終始マトモにゃ動いちゃいないみたいですねTwitter( ・`ω・´)
どうも大人しく行儀よく座って待ってたんじゃ、いつまで経っても埒が明かない感じらしい……さりとて地方住みの陰陽、おいそれとTwitterJP本社凸カマす訳にもいきません。
まぁとにかくやれることやってみないと、てことで、先日来の異議申立フォームに即座に返ってきていた、木で鼻を括ったような英文の自動返信メール↓

に対して、多少オコ気味なニュアンスを漂わせた返信書いて送りつけてみました。
（そもそも改めてこの英文読み直すと、「このメールに直接返信送ってくるまでコッチは何もせんよ～」って宣言みたいに読めなくもない( ・`ω・´)）

Some days ago my account @in_you_club was locked.
I sent the appeal against the locking and received this automation reply.
At Twitter’s Japanese appeal form page, I saw a caution showing that I should wait in a few days for the reply describing the details of this case.
So I’ve been waiting for your answer but it has not been arrived in several days.
I cannot stand still to wait anymore.About a week before this lock, my account was suddenly suspended but it was soon unfrozen through a Google reCAPTCHA challenge.
And then, the reason of the suspension was described as “the violation against the automation rules”.
As a matter of fact, at that time I could not imagine what it meant at all.
And again this time permanent locking!So I re-think my activity carefully.
I’m using this account not only for my personal tweets but business commercial purposes.
So I begged twittbot (https://twittbot.net/) to tweet linking my several product commercial web pages once per a day.
If I went beyond the guidelines related to automation rules, I cannot think of anything other than these twittbot tweets.
But it’s just only once a day. Is it so vicious to be punished like this?Anyway, I’ve already stopped the relationship with twittbot.
Even if this time judgement is accidentally caused by Twitter’s automation seach system for the violation, I’m so disgusted to be troubled with such experience.
And if required from you, I’m ready to delete all past tweets which were through twittbot system.Twitter is the center of my web publicity.

先日、私のアカウント @in_you_club が凍結を受けました。
この凍結に対して申し立てを送信し、直後にこの自動返信を受け取りました。
日本語のTwitter異議申立フォームのページには、今回の処置に関する詳細を説明する返信が届くまで2～3日待つように、という指示が書かれていました。
ですので私はその返信が届くのを待っていましたが、その後今日に至るまで頂けていません。
これ以上座して待っている訳には参りません。今回の凍結を受ける1週間ほど前に、私のアカウントが突然ロックされるという事態がありましたが、その時はGoogle reCAPTCHAチャレンジを受けることですぐにロックは解除されました。
その際、ロックを受けた理由として、私が「自動化に関するルールに違反」している、という説明がありましたが、
率直に申し上げてその時点では私は身に覚えがありませんでした。
しかし、その後に今度は今回の完全凍結です！これを受けて熟考してみたのですが。
私はこのアカウントを個人的な呟きだけでなく、商用目的でも使用しています。
そのため、twittbot (https://twittbot.net/) を使用して、私の商品ウェブページへのリンクを、一日一回ツイートしていました。
もし私が自動化ルールに関するガイドラインに抵触していたとすれば、これらのtwittbotツイート以外に思い当たる節がありません。
とはいえ、それは1日1回だけです。それがこんな厳罰を受けなければならないほど重大な違反行為なのでしょうか？いずれにしても、私は既にtwittbotとの連携は解除しました。
たとえ今回の御社の判断が違反行為を補足する自動検索システムの誤検知によるものであったとしても、このような体験で苦しめられるのはもう懲り懲りですので。
そして、もしそうしろと仰るのでしたら、過去にtwittbotを経由して行ったツイートは全て削除しても構わないと考えています。Twitterは私のウェブ広報活動の中心です。
早急に凍結解除を行い、私のアカウントを助けて頂きたく、どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
なんかもう、いい加減あきらめて新アカ作った方が早いんじゃないかって気もチラホラしなくもないですが、
陰陽はNTRでも理不尽な扱い受けてもひたすらメソメソ泣いてるタイプのネトラレ主人公は好みじゃないのです。
自分に出来る限りの反撃は試みた上で、それでも歯も爪も立てられずに粉砕されてしまうところにこそ刹那的な滅びの良さがあるんじゃ……っちゅーわけで、もうちょいBig Blue Birdに盾突いてみます( ・`ω・´)
